Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies for new hires and existing team members.Conduct training sessions on contact center best practices, customer service excellence, and company policies.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback from team leads and management.Manage and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training programs.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a contact center environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience designing and delivering remote training programs.Proficient in using e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
