Senior Vice President (SVP)Location: Anywhere in the European Union (EU) Role OverviewOur clients are seeking a visionary and accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) to join their client’s senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing full Profit & Loss (P&L) for a complex, multi-site organization with annual revenues exceeding €100M. This role is a critical strategic appointment that will shape the company’s trajectory, focusing on high-growth opportunities, operational excellence, and M&A initiatives. As a key leader within the organisation, the SVP will embody the principles of the Leadership Charter, serving as a role model to inspire and guide teams across the EU. The role also includes significant shareholder representation responsibilities, board membership, and an active contribution to the company’s commercial and operational success. Key Responsibilities Leadership and P&L ManagementAssume full accountability for the consolidated P&L of a complex, decentralized, and multi-site business with annual revenues exceeding €100M.Drive business strategy and execution to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Board RepresentationServe as a shareholder representative and an active member of the board.Collaborate with board members and executive leadership to align on strategic priorities and business objectives. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)Lead M&A due-diligence processes to assess opportunities and risks.Oversee post-merger integration programs, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment. High-Growth EnvironmentSpearhead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, decentralized organization.Deliver significant contributions to the company’s commercial success by identifying market opportunities and enhancing organizational capabilities. People LeadershipLead by example in adherence to the Leadership Charter, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusivity.Develop and mentor high-performing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and strategic partners. Qualifications and ExperienceProven Business Leadership: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a successful track record of full P&L responsibility for a multi-site business in a decentralized organization, generating annual revenues of over €100M.Strategic and Operational Expertise: Exceptional ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a high-growth environment.M&A Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading M&A initiatives, from due diligence to post-merger integration, is a significant advantage.Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue generation, market dynamics, and financial management in a highly competitive industry.Leadership Skills: Inspirational leader who fosters collaboration, drives accountability, and serves as a role model for leadership and staff.Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional EU languages are a plus.Mobility: Flexibility to travel across the EU as required.
