About the RoleWe are looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile best practices and support development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and coach development teams on Agile frameworks and best practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Remove roadblocks and ensure teams remain focused on delivering value.Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align business and development goals.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile adoption.Monitor sprint progress and key performance metrics to drive efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.What’s OfferedCompetitive salary and remote work flexibility.Opportunity to work with an innovative and international team.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.If you are passionate about Agile methodologies and want to make an impact in a dynamic, international setting, we encourage you to apply!
