About The Role

EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a Senior Project Manager in the Leinster area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager to join a fast paced and innovative company. Industry Specific relevant project management and engineering experience are a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Project management of water & wastewater pumping and treatment installationsProcurement of all BOQ items for projects including labour, parts and materialsTimeline planning of all installations from awarding of contract to completion and handover of all documentationProcurement and management of site labour for projectsEnsuring the project is completed on time and within budgetWriting engineering reports, method statements, risk assessments and commissioning schedulesManaging a team of junior engineers on specific projectsResponsible for all O&M, health and safety documentation and enforcement of safe work practices onsite during all EPS installation

Key Competencies And Skills

Proficiency in PC skills to include MS office and Project softwareWorking knowledge of conditions of contractsExcellent inter-personal skills and communication skillsStrong engineering, analytical and problem solving skillsStrong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environmentHave a willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and wastewater IndustryHave proven experience in an engineering role in an Electrical/Mechanical environmentExperience in implementing opportunities and initiatives in a time restricted scheduleOrganise and plan technical meetings with clients and Consulting EngineersDevelop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish stated deadlinesProject Engineering / Site management / M&E Installation, Personnel management and any water &/or wastewater industry experience will be an advantage

Qualifications

Third level Engineering degreeSimilar relevant third level qualification and experience will be considered5 years minimum industry experienceFull EU/ Irish driving licence
