Senior Scrum Master
Financial Services
12-Month Contract in Dublin – Hybrid working
Our client, a leading financial services organisation in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence across their some of their development teams. This is a 12-month contract with a highly competitive daily rate and they usually extend.
Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and optimise delivery.Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, increasing efficiency and collaboration.Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritise work effectively.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale, regulated environments.Strong background in financial services or a similar industry.Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and best practices.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is essential; SAFe certification is a plus.
