Primtac Personnel is partnering with an established HVAC Maintenance firm looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team. Candidates with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC experience will have a distinct advantage. ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES Oversee daily programme and project activities, ensuring all project requirements are met and resources are allocated efficiently for projects ranging from small-scale to £2M.Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, providing well-informed recommendations for each project.Create and maintain essential project documentation, including proposals, bids, contracts, schedules, health and safety records, meeting minutes, drawings, and completion statements.Monitor and manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and consultants, evaluate performance, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.Ensure clear, regular communication with clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.Conduct site visits, oversee quality control, identify and resolve snags, and provide training when necessary.Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring KPI targets are met and escalating issues when required.Lead and develop a team with the necessary skills and experience to meet workload demands effectively.Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal working procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.rive new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, contributing to the company’s growth.Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.
