Job Title: Project Coordinator (Commute Program) Type: Part Time (Tue/Wed/Thu)Duration: 6 months
Summary Our client is looking for a Commute Project Co-ordinator who can promote, administer and support a number of sustainable commute programs. The incumbent should possess a strong business administrator background with additional sustainable transport knowledge. They will need to coordinate multiple tasks critical to commute program both within Cork and the EMEA region.
This is an ideal job for someone who has a passion for sustainable commute programs and a proven track record in planning, promoting and co-ordinating activities.
Overview & Responsibilities
Assist with day to day commute operations in Cork, ensuring open issues are dealt with in a timely mannerSupport internal shuttle scheme, bike, carpooling and other key commute programs.Promote the use of sustainable transportation measure onsite Handle enquiries regarding commute related site services Build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and service partnersAdministration of Commute tools, process, records and policiesIdentify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement Qualifications & Experience Recognised qualification in related field e.g. Administration, Planning, Environment, Marketing etc. Understands or has an interest in the business of sustainable transportation Excellent communication skills and presentation skills Proficient in using Keynote, Pages, Numbers and / or MS Office
