Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the testing kick-off meetingReview the project deliverables and project status regularlyEnsure smooth project deliveryParticipate in regular meetings with project managementCommunicate accomplishments, plan, issues and risksDevelop and maintain test schedules, track and forecast project costs and labour hoursManage project risksMaintain testing project status, experienced in project quality auditsProvide weekly reports and project closure reportsPlan resource managementAccountable for test estimatesObtain management support for time, resources and budget required to perform the NFT testingManage end to end NFT test deliveryParticipate in PDG and Leadership GovernanceLiaise with NFT architects and ensure Bank standards and frameworks are adhered toProvide mentoring, coaching and operational support to teamNFT issue and escalation managementManage the test process from a governance perspectiveAccountable for test metrics, KPIs and continuous improvements.
