Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MDM platforms, data governance, data quality, and integration frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to ensure a unified, high-quality, and well-governed data environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Design and implement enterprise-scale MDM solutions that support business objectives and data governance requirements.Develop and enforce MDM best practices, standards, and policies to maintain high data quality and consistency.Lead MDM architecture design sessions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.Collaborate with business units to define master data models, taxonomies, and metadata structures.Ensure proper data integration between MDM platforms and various source/target systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lakes, etc.).Define and manage data stewardship processes to ensure continuous data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.Work with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues and improve overall data management practices.Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate MDM technologies and tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, Reltio, etc.).Develop scalability strategies to accommodate future data growth and complexity.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MDM developers, data engineers, and analysts.Together with NN architect and system architects in the business, drive that we have an aligned view on integrations for Product MDM between key systems (e.g., Veeva Platform, Winshuttle, SAP, LEA, LIFT, CMS), and once and for all get technical profiles on board with the Informatica platform and vision for the same.Review approach to MDM, e.g., centralized vs. co-existing vs. decentralized, etc.
Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in MDM architecture, design, and implementation.Strong expertise in MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, Reltio, or similar.In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data quality, metadata management, and data governance.Experience integrating MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, and Cloud Platforms.Strong understanding of ETL, API-based integrations, and data pipeline architectures.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data technologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in agile environments and DevOps methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP, IBM).Experience with AI/ML-driven data quality improvements.Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
