Vacancy Description

The Head of Capital Development and Planning will report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Planning, Communications and Development to implement a strategy which sets out a vision and delivery plan for the future development of the Institutes campus in line with the Institutes Strategic Plan 2024-2028. The post-holder will be a leadership role with responsibility for the planning, delivery and management of all capital projects across the Institutes campus. The Head of Capital Development and Planning will have responsibility for reviewing current capital project management processes and to put in place procedures and processes for ensuring the consistent, quality delivery of capital projects within project-specific parameters.
