We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Manager (Children's Respite, Outreach and Community Support Services) to join our team in Dublin South/Wicklow, with a base in Sandymount.
Contract Type: Permanent, full time post.
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary Scale: €54,122 - €70,971 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments).
Annual Leave Entitlement: 33 days per annum.
Overview Of The Post
The post holder will be responsible for the management and delivery of a range of outreach, respite, preschool, nursing and support services (existing and planned) to children and families in the designated area. This will include planning, developing, managing and reviewing services in line with the identified needs in the area and aligned to Enable Ireland's Strategic Plan and model of service delivery.
The Manager will be responsible for the identified children's services in the region, including preschool services, nursing services, children's outreach services, residential respite services, day and evening respite, the community in-home support services and any future service developments.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
Essential Criteria:
Have a relevant professional qualification in Nursing or a Health and Social Care profession and where appropriate, have statutory registration or professional registration/accreditation.
And
Have a minimum of five years post qualification work experience including three years working in or managing the delivery of children's disability therapeutic services.
And
Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
And
Successful candidates must have access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role as the post will involve travel.
And
Candidates must be eligible to work in the State.
Desirable Criteria
Experience of taking a leadership role within the profession or workplace.
Experience of involvement in clinical service development.
Experience of managing services.
Competent and proficient IT skills.
