We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the LiveOps and Engagement function of our mobile games reward platform that lets casual players turn their gameplay into real-world benefits.
In this role, you will drive strategies and initiatives to boost user engagement and retention. This is a greenfield opportunity to build and scale new engagement mechanisms, ensuring our platform becomes a daily destination for users. Our platform is a unique blend of casual games and an innovative play-to-earn layer that engages millions of players already.
Location Requirement: for this role we are looking for candidates based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:Define and Drive Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase daily active users, reduce churn, and improve retention.Live Operations (LiveOps): Leverage industry best practices to create dynamic, engaging, and regularly updated platform experiences.Innovate and Execute: Design features such as gamification tools, live events, achievements, leaderboards, and mid-to-long-term goals that captivate users.User-Centered Design: Foster meaningful interactions between users and the platform, or even among users themselves, through engaging mechanics.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and trends to continuously optimize the user experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.Leadership and Team Building: Initially an individual contributor role, with potential to build and lead a dedicated engagement team.
Requirements:
