As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Project and Change Manager with exceptional expertise in delivering technology projects and managing the training, communication, and adoption side of change.
Role Overview:The Project and Change Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing technology and construction-driven projects across the organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. Additionally, the role will focus on change management, including communication, training, and adoption strategies, to ensure smooth transitions and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologiesWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, risks, and impact of change.Design and implement training programs to support user adoption and proficiency.Create clear, engaging, and effective communication plans to inform and engage all levels of the organization.Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.Collaborate with IT, HR, business leaders, to drive successful transformation initiatives.Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and industry best practices.Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuously improve change management processes.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in leading technology projects with a strong focus on change management.Experience working across a diverse selection of industries, ideally including construction.Extensive expertise in customer-facing roles across multiple industries, demonstrating adaptability and a strong understanding of diverse business environments.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Expertise in developing and delivering training programs for technology and adoption.Experience in designing and executing communication plans for change initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is a plus.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2...) is a MustWhat We Offer:A dynamic and innovative work environment.Competitive ratesOpportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative team culture that values new ideas and perspectives.
