ICT Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects of varying complexity. This role will focus on delivering effective, timely, and strategic technology solutions while ensuring alignment with project governance structures and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery:
Facilitate and lead project meetings to drive delivery of key activitiesLead teams across project deliverables, best practices, and toolsAssist the Programme Manager in achieving programme objectivesDevelop and maintain project delivery plans and manage dependenciesStakeholder & Vendor Management:
Engage and influence key stakeholders at all levelsManage third-party vendors and external partners, including contract and commercial negotiationsProvide clear project goals and action plans to ensure alignment across teamsRisk, Budget & Resource Management:
Implement strong project management practices, including budget setting, risk management, and quality controlPlan and estimate resources effectively to optimize project outcomesWhat You’ll Bring:
Project Management Expertise:
Proven experience in IT project management within a regulated industry (e.g., Central Banking, Financial Services, or similar)Strong proficiency in recognized project management methodologies and toolsExperience leading teams in both matrixed and direct structuresStakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholdersAbility to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and resolve conflictsLeadership & Problem-Solving:
