Comer Group Ireland is launching an exciting new development in South Dublin, and we're looking for a talented Construction Project Manager to lead the way. Site-Based (with 1-2 days per week at Head Office)

About The Project

The Rockbrook Scheme is a prestigious mixed-use development featuring approximately 550 high-quality apartments, complemented by select retail spaces. The project includes a three-level basement, offering modern living with breathtaking views across South Dublin. Situated next to Beacon South Quarter, this prime location provides seamless access to the city via the Luas, right on its doorstep.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take charge of this landmark project, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This is a fixed-term contract offering an opportunity to work on one of Dublin's most exciting developments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget while effectively managing site teams and engineers Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stageManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teamsSet clear objectives and performance targets, reporting progress to senior managementEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practicesUtilise project management tools to optimise workflow and decision-making

What You'll Need

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor or Developer (Ireland or UK)Strong background in budget management and cost controlProven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects successfullyProficiency in project management software and toolsMinimum of 7 years' experience managing medium to large-scale projectsExperience in RC frame residential and/or high-rise construction (preferred but not essential)Fluent English (spoken & written)
