Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a high-profile development in Dublin, ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion. This fixed-term role offers the opportunity to be part of one of Dublin’s most significant construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle, maintaining efficiency and quality throughoutOversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet targetsCollaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teamsEstablish clear objectives, monitor progress, and report to senior managementEnsure adherence to safety regulations and best industry practicesLeverage project management tools to streamline operations and decision-making

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineProven experience in project management with a main contractor or developer (Ireland/UK)Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExpertise in budget control and cost managementProficiency in project management softwareMinimum of 7 years’ experience delivering medium to large-scale projectsBackground in RC frame residential or high-rise construction (preferred but not required)Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
