Project Manager

Job Description:
Manage time-bound customer-facing projects including project scope, strategy, schedule, resource planning, risks, dependencies and close-out while driving clarity and minimising complexityDevelop relationships with key internal stakeholders within Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create coordinated project plans and align these plans with customer expectationsCommunicate clearly and effectively to customer management on the plans, status, and critical issues, through desired communication channels, including Slack, web conferencing and email, and in customers preferred language(s) (where appropriate)Escalate urgent issues appropriately and drive them to closure in a timely manner, working closely with customer project stakeholders as neededSupport the establishment and adoption of project management frameworks, documentation, tools, KPIs and best practicesIdentify areas for improvement and provide feedback to continuously improve our project management methodology, the tools we use, and how we communicate
What we need :
5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company focused on the delivery of customer solutionsDemonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations with a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, resources and timeline; and in delivering results and value in a time-bound capacityThe ability to develop and maintain a passion for the customer’s vision with our internal teams and to lead internal and customer stakeholders throughout the project journeyDemonstrated experience working with 10-15 large enterprise level customers at a time, where organizational complexity can introduce riskStrong analytical and communication skills with an ability to solve problems creatively in a collaborative and virtual environment.Experience in proactively addressing project obstacles and have the willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends that lead to successful project delivery
