Main Responsibilities
A cyber project manager to work with the programme team and manage detailedproject plans for programme work streams. A summary of required experience andskills:Prior experience project managing cyber security projectsGood working knowledge of waterfall and agile project managementGood communications, organisation and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of managing and maintaining project RAID logsCapable of providing succinct project status reports for multiplestakeholdersPlan and develop the project from ideation through to implementationEnsure stakeholder satisfaction at all timesDay to day you will be involved in working within an agile team ensuringproject overall delivery in an agile working environmentYou will monitor project progress, review user stories and acceptancecriteria and set deadlines, investigate, evaluate and makerecommendations for improvements to project processes and drive theteam to deliverEffectively document and surface relevant informationRemove blockers to ensure project success in a pro-active mannerManage risks, issues, deadlines, dependencies and be able to present upto date status reports at any timeWork with the Infrastructure team (and other teams as needed) to ensurethe functional and non-functional requirements are known and areproperly supported, fit for purpose, and kept up to dateh technical and businessteams as needed

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEPM Cyber Security experience within a regulated environmentBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant fieldKnowledge of Banking Project ManagementAbility to implement projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-pacedenvironmentPerform detailed and critical analysis of various parts of our ecosystemas required, provide clear and concise feedback and make efficientsuggestions for improvementYou should be able to communicate clearly and with purpose, workingeffectively with team members and stakeholders across the organisationClear ability to run and manage processes efficiently, including changeprocesses, aligning with other teams as neededAble to deliver objectives assigned to you with a strong sense of urgencyAlways maintain a high bar of quality and have pride in doing work well tohigh engineering standards
